Just finished my latest Bernat afghan. The finished measurements are 48 x 60 inches. I used three skeins each of Bernat yarn. The white was the Baby Blanket yarn and the black (Coal) was the Bernat Blanket. Both are the same weight Six. I started with black and casted on 160 stitches. This blanket is done in a garter stitch. Each stripe is seven inches. To be symmetrical I ended with a black stripe. .
